Josh Washington the Owner and Founder of Josh Washington Elite Basketball. Josh is the head of the Boys Program of JWE and leads the team of coaches that make JWE excel of the highest levels. Josh’s core value behind JWE is to see young men and women excel in life and on the basketball court.

Lauren Washington, wife of Josh Washington, is the glue of JWE. Lauren is the head of the Girls Program of Josh Washington Elite, and excels at the leadership of our female coaches and players. Lauren played college and professional basketball, and has a passion that is unmatched for women’s sports.

Charley has been a major part of the growth of Josh Washington Elite Basketball. Charley is the COO of JWE, and helps run and leads clinics, camps, and coaches on our boys side! Charley is the Head Middle School Boys Basketball Coach at Kingdom Prep Academy in Lubbock.

Rowe is a young, talented, enthusiastic coach for JWE! Rowe was a stand out high school player in Lubbock, and is using that knowledge to help boys grow in our program. Rowe is a student at Texas Tech University, getting his degree in Finance.
